Swim
Seamless swim boyshort with fuller seat coverage. The development review focuses on swim gusset placement, lining stability and chlorine-care labelling.
Swim
Higher-waist swim short with a short leg. Sampling can test gusset placement against swimwear stretch, lining recovery and pack fit.
Heavy-flow brief
Rear-extended three-layer brief positioned for heavier-flow development. Finished-sample capacity and comfort still need to be verified for the final build.
Teen brief
Teen-size brief with a brighter colour direction. Fit, gusset grading and age-appropriate packaging are developed from the buyer brief.
Plus-size brief
Extended-size brief with a shaped gusset panel. Review gusset width, leg-opening tension and rear coverage across the target size range.
Lace brief
Lace-detailed brief with a protective gusset route. Seam placement, stretch recovery and lining handfeel are checked on a fit sample.
Breathable brief
Ventilated shell direction for a breathability-led product story. Fabric stability, opacity and gusset flatness need to be confirmed before bulk.
Plus-size thong
Thong profile developed for extended sizes. The gusset footprint, side stretch and rear finish require a dedicated fit review.

Bring your own technical design, adapt a development pattern, or apply your brand and packaging to a made-to-order range. The route depends on who controls the pattern and how much development work your team can own.

Pattern making, cutting, fabric inspection, pre-shrinking, heat-press bonding, sewing, absorbency testing and packing all happen inside our Longgang factory.
Keeping these stages close together lets our team adjust a sample quickly and keep production consistent with the approved version. We are a manufacturer, not a trading intermediary.
A period panty is not an ordinary panty with an extra panel. The gusset decides how much it holds, how it feels and how it lasts.
Some styles use three layers. Others use four or five. We set the layer stack around your flow target, then verify the finished sample before you approve production.
Use the layer stack as a buyer checklist. Each decision should point to the approved sample, bill of materials and evidence relevant to the exact SKU.
| Layer | Buyer decision | Evidence before approval |
|---|---|---|
| 01 / Skin-contact layer | Fibre, finish, colour and contact area | Fibre declaration, current material certificate and approved swatch for the named construction |
| 02 / Absorbent core | Capacity target, gusset coverage and number of layers | Repeated-dose, rewet and wash records on the identified sample and bill of materials |
| 03 / Leak barrier | TPU or PUL route, film and lamination | Barrier-material report and finished-garment test scope where the market claim applies to the SKU |
| 04 / Outer shell | Fit, stretch recovery, colourfastness and care | Approved measurements, swatch and test reports for the final fabric and construction |
Brands buy period underwear on trust. We keep our claims tied to documents and explain what each certificate does — and does not — cover.
