MOQ and Samples
What is the minimum order quantity?
Custom MOQ depends on style, fabric and process, and we quote each style individually. MOQ is quoted after reviewing the project specification.
Does the 50-piece minimum apply to custom orders?
No. It applies to made-to-order production only.
How does sampling work?
You send a brief, we quote, make a sample in your fabric and gusset build, test it and revise it until you approve it. Sample cost and timing are confirmed in the quote.
Customisation
Can I use my own design?
Yes, through OEM.
Can I start from an existing pattern?
Yes, through ODM.
Can I customise absorbency?
Yes. Capacity is built to your target and confirmed by testing the finished sample.
Which fabrics can you use?
Cotton, organic cotton, bamboo viscose, modal, nylon/spandex and polyester blends, among others.
Can you do private label?
Yes. Labels, hangtags, polybags, boxes and carton labels.

OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certificate 26.HCN.12213 within its listed constructions, GOTS licence GOTS-BVCN9928 for listed 100% organic cotton reusable period panties, and ISO 9001 certificate 62726Q00153R001 covering sales activities for the listed products.
Are your products PFAS-free?
Report EFW726020391 covers a submitted TPU-based barrier film. The listed PFAS were not detected at the report limits. It is not a finished-garment certification for every style; confirm the BOM and test plan for your product.
Do you use antimicrobial treatments?
No.
Can you supply GOTS products?
Yes, for styles in 100% organic cotton. Each GOTS shipment needs a transaction certificate.
