Shipping is quoted for each order because the right method depends on destination, weight, volume, timing and the Incoterms agreed by both parties.
Quotation
Your quotation will confirm the proposed shipping method, Incoterms, estimated lead time, loading point and the responsibilities of each party. Shipping costs are not standard across products or destinations.
Methods
We can discuss air freight, sea freight and courier shipment. The final method is selected with you and depends on the order and destination.
Lead time
Production timing depends on the style, fabric availability and quantity. The lead time is confirmed in your quotation and begins from the agreed point, such as sample approval, material readiness and deposit receipt.
Customs documents
Commercial invoice, packing list and other agreed shipping documents are prepared for the shipment. Import duties, taxes and destination clearance requirements remain the buyer’s responsibility unless the quotation says otherwise.
Receiving an order
Please inspect cartons and report visible transit damage to the carrier and to our team promptly. Any shortage or quality concern should be raised under the process set out in the order documents.
